Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller you will join a rapidly expanding multinational conglomerate, providing leadership and oversight across several subsidiaries while ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial and management accounting systems to deliver timely, accurate information for decision‑making.
• Coordinate annual strategic planning, budgeting and financial estimates with General Managers.
• Lead internal audit activities and ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, maintaining effective controls and accurate records.
• Supervise fixed‑asset safeguarding, management and utilization.
• Direct treasury activities, ensuring optimal cash‑flow management.
• Lead, develop and succession‑plan the Finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant and member of a recognized professional body.
• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in retail.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams.
• Experience with financial software; ERP experience is an asset.
