Inventory Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead our multi‑company group’s inventory function. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, you will shape strategy, improve accuracy, and drive operational excellence across finance, purchasing, warehouse and retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve inventory control systems, policies and processes.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock integrity and performance optimisation.
• Monitor inventory metrics, produce timely analysis and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse and Retail teams to strengthen controls and support business growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the inventory team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP or dedicated inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock optimisation, internal control principles, risk management and loss prevention.
