Deliveries Clerk – Logistics Support

About the role

Join Coreas Building Supplies, a member of Goddard Enterprises Limited, as a Deliveries Clerk. You will support efficient logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of stock and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Receive, store, and deliver stock while maintaining inventory flow.
• Communicate delivery status to customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records, including invoices and delivery receipts.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling goods and operating equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics.
• Coordinate with Profit Centre Managers to align stock availability with demand.
• Provide regular updates on inventory levels and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a building‑supplies or similar environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and computer literacy.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and ability to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result‑focused with emphasis on on‑time delivery.
