Sales & Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join Coreas Building Supplies, a member of Goddard Enterprises Limited. Reporting to the Profit Centre Manager, you will drive sales, oversee promotional activities, and maintain financial and administrative systems to ensure the Profit Centre operates efficiently and exceeds customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily operations to meet sales and profit targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, maximize sales, and achieve agreed gross profit margins.
• Handle customer invoices promptly and accurately.
• Receive and deliver stock, supporting inventory flow.
• Assist customers with product selection and respond to queries and feedback.
• Oversee team dynamics, promote effective collaboration, and manage daily operational tasks.
• Assist with cash‑handling and balancing cashiers when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Certificate in Supervisory Management (preferred).
• At least two years of supervisory experience in building supplies or a similar retail environment.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
