Deliveries Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Deliveries Clerk to join Coreas Building Supplies, a member of Goddard Enterprises Limited. In this role you will support the Profit Centre Manager by ensuring smooth logistics operations, accurate invoicing and timely delivery of stock to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Receive, store and deliver stock, maintaining optimal inventory flow.
• Communicate delivery status to customers, address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain precise records of invoices, delivery receipts and inventory levels.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling goods and operating equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse and other departments to coordinate logistics.
• Coordinate stock availability with Profit Centre Managers to meet demand.
• Provide regular updates on inventory and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the building supplies or a similar environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
