Customer Relations Agent – Cashier

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relations Agent – Cashier to join Coreas Building Supplies, a member of Goddard Enterprises Limited. The role combines front‑line cash handling with proactive sales support, ensuring smooth transactions and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash and payment transactions accurately, provide correct change and secure packaging of goods.
• Reconcile daily cash registers, prepare bank deposits and ensure alignment with the Daily Register Summary.
• Assist customers in‑store and over the phone, recommend additional products and drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
• Maintain correct pricing, labeling and attractive merchandising of stock, including regular rotation.

Required profile

• Associate degree or CAPE qualification in Business Studies or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales and cash handling.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organisational and multitasking skills to manage transactions, inventory and customer queries.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for processing transactions.
